My breakfast this morning...Just Egg with fresh avocado and berries. Made from plants, not chickens! Don’t expect it to taste like eggs, but it definitely has the same look and texture. I enjoy its unique taste and imagine this even being yummy in a stir fry!

We first heard about them from my aunt. Before these I loved the Nature Path brand, which is still a great option! If you’re looking for even more nutrition you must try these! Yes the price is a tad higher, but it's totally worth the investment. You only live once! There’s absolutely no refined sugar, and just 2g of natural sugar. Two waffles have 2g of protein, and 2g of fiber. They have a low glycemic index (the rate your body converts carbs into glucose in your blood) which is what we aim for! So much goodness in these with whole oats, flaxseed, date powder, real fruit, chia flour. The best part is they taste great without the bad stuff! My husband and I both enjoy the Classic, my son’s favorite is definitely the Chocolate, and the blueberry would be my 2nd choice. I still have to try the Maple next time I order!
