Don’t be afraid of color! Make something new...our green fluffy Popeye Pancakes are packed with omega-3 fats, clean vegan protein, ancient grain fiber, and fresh kale and spinach from our garden!

My recipe:

• 1 egg
• 1 packet of vanilla vegan protein (1/3 cup)
• splash of flax milk (1/4 cup)
• tsp baking soda
• handful of kale and spinach
• dash of vanilla extract

Pulse in food processor or blender until pancake batter consistency is achieved, then cook!
